Overview

PulseProHQ is a live, paid product built for freelancers on Fiverr. Fiverr doesn't push buyer messages or order events anywhere outside its own site, so sellers who aren't staring at the tab miss the messages that win — or lose — a client. PulseProHQ closes that gap: a browser extension watches for Fiverr events in real time, a backend persists and scores them, and the alert reaches the seller through the channel they're actually looking at.

Challenge

Response time is one of the biggest factors in Fiverr's ranking and client-trust signals, but there was no reliable way for a seller to know the instant a buyer messaged or an order landed unless Fiverr's own tab was open. Missed messages mean missed clients, and there was no first-party way to fix that.

Approach

Rather than polling Fiverr's UI, a Manifest V3 Chrome extension observes Fiverr events directly in the browser and reports them to a Next.js backend. From there, the same event fans out to whatever surface the seller is actually on: a push notification, the web dashboard, or the native mobile app — so the seller never has to keep a tab open to stay covered.

Design

The product needed to read as trustworthy and calm under a stream of live notifications, so the dashboard uses a restrained dark-on-light layout, a single green accent for state changes, and quiet card-based metrics (messages, orders, response rate, earnings) instead of a noisy activity feed.

Development

Built on Next.js 16 (App Router, Server Components), React 19 and Tailwind CSS v4 for the web dashboard and marketing site. Supabase provides Postgres and auth (email/password plus Google OAuth). Paddle handles billing as merchant of record. The Chrome extension is Manifest V3 with its own TypeScript/esbuild build, and the mobile app is Expo/React Native with full feature parity against the web dashboard, authenticated against the same bearer-token API as the extension. Hosted on Vercel, with Vercel Cron running delivery-log housekeeping, smart reminders, and daily summaries, and Sentry wired in for error monitoring.

Responsive Experience

The web dashboard is fully responsive, and mobile coverage goes further than responsive CSS — a dedicated Expo/React Native app mirrors the web dashboard's features for sellers who live on their phone.

PulseProHQ is live today at pulseprohq.com as a paid product on Paddle billing, currently in its early-access launch phase. It's the clearest proof point in this portfolio of shipping a complete product — extension, backend, web app, billing, and mobile app — not just a marketing page.
